Respect in Moe, Victoria is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Baw Baw Views Care Community. You will oversee day-to-day operations, clinical governance, and financial performance to deliver safe, person-centred care in line with standards.

As GM you will coach teams, drive continuous improvement, manage occupancy and staffing, and build strong relationships with residents, families, staff and the local community. This is a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership in residential aged care settings.
• Strong knowledge of aged care standards and governance.
• Experience driving quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
