Job summary

Respect Group is seeking a seasoned General Manager to helm the Yallambee Care Community in Millmerran, a 60-bed residential facility with dementia care. You will steer overall operations, clinical governance, workforce leadership, and financial performance to deliver person-centred care and regulatory compliance.

You will lead in a values-driven not-for-profit organisation, champion quality, safety and stakeholder engagement, and shape the patient and resident experience.

Qualifications

• Tertiary nursing qualification (desirable).
• Current AHPRA registration.
• NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the home with focus on quality and person-centred care.
• Drive a culture of clinical excellence, continuous improvement and positive outcomes.
• Lead, coach and develop teams to achieve high performance and strong workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislation and policies.
• Oversee quality improvement, risk management, audits and thorough documentation.
