Respect Group Limited in Moe, Victoria, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead Baw Baw Views Care Community, a 144-bed residential aged care home. You will oversee operations, clinical governance, workforce leadership, and resident experience, ensuring compliant, person-centred care.

You will drive quality improvement, financial performance, occupancy management, rostering, and stakeholder engagement while building a positive workplace culture aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in residential aged care with clinical governance focus.
• Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance.
• Track record of improving performance and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Passion for improving the lives of older Australians.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the home with focus on quality and person-centred care.
• Drive a culture of clinical excellence, continuous improvement and outcomes.
• Coach and develop teams to achieve high performance and positive culture.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and policies.
• Oversee quality improvement, risk management, audits and documentation.
• Manage occupancy, budgets, workforce planning, rostering and development.
• Build relationships with residents, families, staff and the community.
• Promote workplace health and safety and a values-driven environment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to support best practice.
