Job summary

Respect Group in Moe, Victoria seeks a General Manager to lead the Baw Baw Views Care Community, a 144-bed aged care home in the heart of town. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, clinical governance, workforce leadership and resident experience.

You will drive quality, compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, financial performance, occupancy and rostering, while fostering a positive, values-driven workplace culture and strong community relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential aged care leadership.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with focus on quality, compliance, and person-centred care.
• Drive clinical excellence, continuous improvement and positive consumer outcomes.
• Lead, coach and develop teams to high performance and a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee quality improvement, risk management, audits, and documentation practices.
• Manage occupancy, budgets, workforce planning, rostering and capability development.
