Job summary

Respect, located in Moe, Victoria, is seeking an experienced General Manager for the Baw Baw Views Care Community, a 144-bed residential aged care home. You will lead overall operations, clinical governance, workforce, and financial performance to deliver safe, person-centred care and an exceptional resident experience.

You will shape the next chapter of care in regional Australia, building a positive culture and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards while engaging with residents,

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in residential aged care.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance.
• Ability to drive clinical governance, workforce development and resident outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with focus on quality, compliance and person-centred care.
• Drive a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach and develop teams to achieve high performance and positive workplace culture.
• Oversee occupancy, budgets, financial performance and workforce planning.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff and the community.
• Ensure safety, governance, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
