Job summary

NAB Geelong West Branch is seeking a Customer Advisor for a full-time role based in Geelong. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and help with everyday banking needs, building lasting relationships and guiding customers through products and services.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm, with access to NAB’s development programs and a range of banking benefits. Join a supportive team focused on customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support NAB’s Geelong West Branch by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking simple, easy and secure
