Job summary

NAB Geelong Branch is seeking a Banking Customer Advisor to provide friendly, professional service to customers visiting the branch. This part-time role focuses on everyday banking needs and building trusted relationships.

You’ll receive ongoing training, work with a collaborative team, and have the opportunity to develop valuable banking and customer-service skills while contributing to positive customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers visiting the Geelong Branch
• Deliver exceptional customer service across a range of banking inquiries
• Support customers with account opening, everyday banking transactions and lending conversations
• Identify appropriate products and services that meet customer needs
• Educate customers on NAB's digital and self-service options
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve positive customer outcomes
• Maintain compliance, risk awareness and accuracy
