Job summary

IDP Education Ltd in Geelong is seeking an IELTS Operations Assistant to support the Test Centre and ensure services meet IELTS rules and customer expectations. This casual role involves coordinating with the Test Centre team, handling inquiries, and performing pre-test, test day and post-test activities.

Shifts are 2 or 3 Saturdays per month with remuneration of 34.44 AUD per hour, offering a flexible way to contribute to a global education service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience using MS Office and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the IELTS Test Centre to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Manage test day activities including registration and supervision.
• Prepare test day documents and update records.
• Ensure compliance with IELTS standards and data security.
• Assist with scheduling and incident resolution as needed.
