IKEA is hiring a Pick-up Point Co-worker at the Geelong external pickup point. The role is permanent part-time, 40 hours per fortnight, with a rotating roster including early and late shifts and some weekends.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, processing orders, assisting with loading/unloading, and maintaining stock accuracy while collaborating with store and transport teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.

• Comfortable with warehouse tasks including lifting and moving goods.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and provide a helpful pickup experience.
• Receive, check, sort and organise goods, locate and hand over orders.
• Assist loading/unloading and ensure orders are stored safely for collection.
• Maintain accurate order/stock information and collaborate with store teams.
• Keep a clean, safe warehouse and support opening/operation of Geelong Pick-up Point.
