Silver Search is partnering with a leading specialist medical practice to recruit a Medical Receptionist/Administrator in Sydney. The role involves front-of-house duties, patient liaison, appointment coordination, medical administration and billing.

You will work closely with specialists and the admin team to ensure smooth operations and high patient care. The ideal candidate has medical reception or admin experience, familiarity with Medicare billing, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in medical reception or administration.
• Experience in General Practice or a specialist medical setting.
• Familiarity with Medicare and private billing procedures.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and medical software.

Responsabilidades

• Managing patient appointments, bookings and follow-ups.
• Handling incoming calls, emails and patient enquiries.
• Providing a welcoming and professional experience for patients.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and medical documentation.
• Processing referrals and coordinating correspondence.
• Liaising with specialists, hospitals and other healthcare providers.
• Processing Medicare, DVA and private health insurance claims.
• Providing general administrative support to the specialists and clinic team.
