Job summary

Green by Nature, Australia’s leading landscape services business, is seeking a hands‑on leader to guide a mowing and edging crew. You will work alongside your team to deliver high‑quality outdoor spaces, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

You will need experience managing junior staff, a strong focus on safety, and a valid driver’s license. A diversity of mowing tools and maintenance techniques is valued.

• Lead team your team in mowing and edging operations (Ventrac and zero turns, Toro Proline H800, push mowers, Atom edgers and brushcutters)
• Workhands-onalongside your team
• Ensure works are completed to a premium standard
• Maintain tools, machinery, andequipment
• Report on progress, issues, and requirements
• Pest and disease identification and treatment
• Foster a culture of safety

What you'll bring

You will be a hands‑on leader with an eye for detail who takes pride in creating amazing green spaces.

• Qualifications in Horticulture or related field is an advantage, but your experience with a wide variety of mowing and garden maintenance tools and techniques is the key to success in this role
• Experience in managing junior and less experienced team members
• Strong commitment to safety
• Valid Drivers' license is essential
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
