Job summary

Bankstown Sports Club is seeking an experienced Gaming Team Leader to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead a busy Gaming department. The role involves coaching, training and overseeing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

We are offering both Full Time and Part Time positions with a strong focus on leadership development, safety, and delivering memorable guest experiences across shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in Gaming, Hospitality or Club environments.
• Strong knowledge of Gaming operations and relevant legislation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to coach and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Supervise daily Gaming operations and maintain service standards.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback and development opportunities.
• Manage floor operations, delegate tasks and respond to customer needs.
• Ensure procedures, reporting and clearance processes are completed accurately.
• Maintain compliance with Gaming regulations and Club policies.
• Resolve customer and team concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, high-performance culture.
