Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar technical support role.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience configuring OS workstations and servers.

Responsibilities

• Offer complete technical help for Aristocrat Gaming software and hardware.
• Deploy, configure, and enable hardware/software for projects.
• Conduct on-site work at customer venues for implementation.
• Liaise with internal resolver groups to prioritise issues.
• Deliver technical product knowledge for OAT testing.
