Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs at customer venues. You will install and upgrade gaming systems, respond to service calls, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

The role requires a valid Australian driver’s licence, the ability to obtain state gaming licences, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Ability to obtain state/territory gaming licences (support provided).
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated and able to work across multiple sites.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled maintenance, break/fix repairs, and system diagnostics on-site.
• Installations, upgrades, and game changes at customer sites, including after-hours.
• Investigate faults and perform repairs to ensure functional operation.
• Respond promptly to service calls and meet SLA requirements.
• Record activities accurately using field service tools and maintain 100% accuracy of records.
