Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Hospitality Workers to join our team at Alice Springs. This role supports operations across the Casino, restaurants, bars, hotel, and the Alice Springs Convention Centre.

Provide friendly, professional customer service; assist with venue setup, restocking, and general service tasks; greet guests and share information about our venues and services; work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience (preferred).
• Certificate II or III in Hospitality (advantageous).
• Completion of compulsory secondary education.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and cultural awareness.
• Flexible, team-focused, and willing to learn.
