Job summary

Lasseters Casino is seeking enthusiastic Gaming Workers (Dealers) to join our Table Games team in Alice Springs. You will deliver exceptional guest service while conducting casino games such as roulette and card-based games, and ensure accuracy and fairness at all times.

Training is provided; prior gaming experience is welcome but not required. This full-time role offers opportunities for professional development and a clear career path within Lasseters Casino Operations.

Qualifications

• AQF Certificate II or III in Hospitality, Gaming or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or gaming.
• At least 3 years of experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
• Ability to obtain a Casino Operatives Licence.

• Announce outcomes, manage bets, and calculate payouts.

Salary: $73,865 – $85,000 (depending on experience and skill set)

Location: Alice Springs, NT

Lasseters Casino is seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused Gaming Workers (Dealers) to join our Table Games team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service while conducting casino games such as roulette and card‑based games, or you work in the electronic gaming area, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance at all times.

About the Role

• Operate (table) games professionally and accurately


• Announce outcomes, manage bets, and calculate payouts


• Maintain visibility and clarity of all gaming transactions


• Provide exceptional customer service at all times


• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, procedures, and internal controls


• Work collaboratively with Gaming Supervisors, Inspectors and Surveillance
