Job summary

Lasseters Hotel Casino in Alice Springs, NT is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to support daily operations of our restaurant and bar outlets. You will lead the team, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure smooth service delivery across all F&B areas.

You will work closely with the F&B Manager, supervise shifts, train staff, manage rostering, and uphold food safety and workplace practices while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• AQF Certificate II or III, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year in a customer-service role.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Provide hands-on leadership during shifts.
• Support staff training, coaching, and development.

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience and skill set)

Location: Alice Springs, NT

Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the daily operations of our restaurant and bar outlets. Working closely with the F&B Manager, you will help lead the team, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all F&B areas.

About the Role

• Supervise daily restaurant/ bar operations
• Provide hands‑on leadership during shifts
• Support staff training, coaching, and development
• Maintain high service standards across all F&B outlets
• Assist with rostering, labour control, and workforce planning

• Liaise with the kitchen, F&B management, and other departments to deliver seamless service
