You will work closely with hotel and casino departments, develop staff, manage rosters, and uphold service standards. Salary ranges between $70,000 and $84,000 with benefits and career progression.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/F&B or restaurant management qualification.
• AQF Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years in hospitality or F&B management.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations and service delivery.
• Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• High computer literacy (POS, rostering systems, MS Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operational logistics, and leading a high-performing team. The Restaurant Manager will enhance the guest experience, support staff development, and work closely with our Hotel and Casino departements.
