Job summary

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, or gaming.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cash handling experience and familiarity with computer systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Assist guests with gaming machines and electronic gaming products.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve issues where appropriate.
- Support promotional campaigns and Crown Club membership initiatives.
- Process gaming-related transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with minor machine faults and elevate technical issues as required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming gaming environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments across the resort.
