Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Assist guests with gaming machines and electronic gaming products.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve issues where appropriate.
• Support promotional campaigns and Crown Club membership initiatives.
• Process gaming-related transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with minor machine faults and escalate technical issues as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming gaming environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments across the resort.
