Job summary

West HQ in Sydney is seeking a friendly Gaming Attendant to deliver top-tier customer service on our gaming floor. You will help players on TAB and Keno, keep the area clean and well-presented, and uphold harm minimisation and compliance standards.

RSA and RCG competency cards are essential. Prior gaming experience isn't required as we provide on-the-job training; an active, energetic team player who thrives in a busy, shift-based environment will fit right in.

Qualifications

• RSA and RCG competency cards are essential.
• Experience in gaming is not required - on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Strong guest-service orientation and teamwork are musts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across gaming services (TAB and Keno).
• Keep the gaming floor clean, well-presented and compliant with harm minimisation standards.
• Be flexible across varying days, nights and weekends and stay active on shift.
