Job summary

ALH Hotels in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Gaming Attendant to welcome guests, share our passion for great service, and help create memorable moments around our gaming spaces. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where you’ll be part of a vibrant team that values safety and hospitality.

You will uphold RSA and RCG/RCG compliance, complete machine payouts and cash handling in line with hotel policies, and work flexible day, evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Great with people, detail and communication.
• Team player with flexible day, evening and weekend availability.
• Current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
• Physically capable for hands-on tasks including lifting.
