Job summary

Norths Leagues & Services Club in Kallangur is seeking a Gaming Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service in a lively gaming environment. You will support members with gaming machines, maintain a safe area, and assist with payouts and cashiering tasks.

The role requires a friendly attitude, strong communication, and flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends. RSA/RSG certifications and a Police Check are mandatory.

Qualifications

• RSA & RSG certificates are required.
• Police Check is mandatory.
• Previous gaming or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient and professional service to members and guests.
• Assist patrons in the gaming lounge with machine operations and enquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment.
• Handle payouts, float balancing and cashiering duties with accuracy.
• Ensure RSA and RSG compliance at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering friendly, efficient and professional service to our valued members and guests
• Assisting patrons in the gaming lounge with machine operations and general enquiries

• Ensuring compliance with RSA and RSG regulations at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Previous gaming or hospitality experience (desirable but not essential)
• Current RSA & RSG certificates, Current Police Check (mandatory)
