Job summary

CSC Group operates multiple clubs in Queensland and is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service/Gaming Attendants. You will deliver warm, efficient service on the gaming floor, handle orders and cash, and work with kitchen and bar teams to maintain a high-energy environment.

RSA, RSG and Food Safety certificates are required or obtainable. Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends, is essential to fit into our lively hospitality venues.

What to expect:

Customer Service Excellence: Impress our guests with your warm, engaging, and speedy service, turning every visit into a memorable and delightful experience.

Service and Order Handling: Efficiently capture food and drink orders, collaborate with your team to get them to the kitchen or bar, and deliver the goods with speed, all while keeping the energy high and the vibe fun!

Team Collaboration: Work alongside our kitchen crew, bartenders, and all-star colleagues to create a seamless, efficient, and high-energy work environment!

Cleaning Duties: Keep the vibe fresh and sparkling by handling routine cleaning tasks.

Cashier Duties: Handle cash and gaming transactions for players on the gaming floor, including processing payouts and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Create a Safe Entertainment Environment: Identify and assist patrons who may not be having the intended enjoyable experience we aim to provide in our club.
