Job summary

CSC Group in Moreton Bay is seeking a confident Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead Bar, Café and Restaurant teams with hands-on management and a focus on memorable guest experiences.

You will motivate and develop staff, set service standards, and work closely with on-site leaders to drive club success while ensuring safety and compliance. RSA, RSG and Food Safety certificates are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced food & beverage environment.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Comfortable using POS and food & beverage systems to manage orders and transactions.
• Has or is willing to obtain RSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificates.

About You:
