Job summary

Terrigal Beach House is looking for reliable, energetic people to join our floor team across multiple shifts. This hands-on role suits someone who stays busy, works well in a team and helps ensure the venue runs smoothly throughout service.

We operate in a fast-paced, high-energy beachside setting where no two shifts are the same. You’ll jump in where needed, stay attuned to customer service, and support the bar team during busy periods. Weekend and night work are required.

Responsibilities

• Clearing and collecting glasses and crockery during service.
• Keeping the floor clean, clear and safe.

• Supporting the bar team when required.
• Jumping in wherever the team needs a hand.
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service.
• Staying switched on and keeping service moving during busy periods.

Employment is in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 (HIGA), with all applicable Fair Work entitlements, including penalty rates, allowances, superannuation and other applicable benefits.
