Job summary

Bankstown Sports Club is hiring Gaming Attendants for casual, on-site roles on their busy gaming floor. You will deliver top-notch guest service, assist with gaming queries, and help maintain a welcoming, safe environment.

We're currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Gaming Attendants to join our team. While these are casual positions, successful candidates can expect regular, consistent hours equivalent to part‑time or full‑time employment.

About the Role

As a Gaming Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for our members and guests. Working within our dynamic gaming floor, you'll provide outstanding customer service while supporting the day‑to‑day operation of one of the region's busiest gaming venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests

• Promote responsible gambling practices and comply with all gaming regulations
• Adhere to Club RSA and RCG requirements and policies

• Support club promotions, jackpots, events and member activities
• Work collaboratively with Gaming, Treasury, Hospitality and Operations teams
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities across multiple departments

About You

You are passionate about customer service, thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life. Whether you have previous gaming experience or are looking to start a long‑term hospitality career, we want to hear from you. To Be Successful, You Will Have:
