Flight Centre Travel Group Australia in Brisbane is seeking a Future Team Leader for our Carindale Store to drive cruise product sales and lead a high-performing team. You will quote, book, and invoice cruise bookings, manage customer enquiries, and hit monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service and working toward sales targets.
• Minimum 2 years’ retail or wholesale experience in Cruise or Travel industry.
• GDS experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Highly motivated and organized.

• Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
• Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceed monthly sales targets
• Support and handle walk in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
• Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
• Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales

Key Responsibilities

• Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages

Who are you?

• Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
• Minimum 2 years’ retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
• GDS experience
• Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
• Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
