Job summary

Cruiseabout in Victoria is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to drive growth in cruise bookings and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will lead, coach, and develop a frontline team, ensuring targets are met while maintaining high service standards.

With at least four years of leadership in travel or cruise retail, you will build strong relationships with clients and suppliers, train staff on products, and inspire a culture of excellence across our local network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ leadership experience in the retail or wholesale Cruise or Travel Industry
• Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
• GDS experience
• Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
• Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organising tasks efficiently

• Apply strategic business insights to drive profitability, operational excellence, and market growth
• Lead, inspire, and coach your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Train and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to confidently promote and sell cruise packages
