Job summary

Cruiseabout is seeking a Future Team Leader at our Carindale Store to coach a high-performing sales team and drive guest satisfaction.

You will quote, book and invoice cruise packages, mentor staff to hit KPIs, and deliver exceptional service across walk-ins, email and phone enquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service with sales targets
• Minimum 2 years retail/wholesale in Cruise/Travel industry
• GDS experience required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving under pressure
• Ambitious, highly motivated and well-organised

Responsibilities

• Quote, book and invoice cruise bookings and packages

Key Responsibilities

• Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
• Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceed monthly sales targets
• Support and handle walk in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
• Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
• Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales

Who are you?

• Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
• Minimum 2 years’ retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
• GDS experience
• Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
• Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
