Job summary

Alannah and Madeline Foundation in South Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a Dolly’s Dream Fundraising Specialist to drive donor acquisition, income growth, and supporter retention across digital and offline channels.

Reporting to the Dolly’s Dream Fundraising Manager, you will develop audience insight, segmentation, and data-driven campaigns, coordinating with teams to align fundraising with organisational goals. 2-year fixed-term, full-time.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in fundraising, marketing, communications, or related discipline, or equivalent transferable experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in direct response fundraising, digital fundraising, CRM marketing with data-driven results.
• Experience in not-for-profit fundraising and direct marketing with strong knowledge of channels including email, SMS, paid media and direct mail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and optimize data-led fundraising campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Lead digital fundraising delivery for the annual appeal cycle and donor care program.
• Develop supporter segmentation and audience insights to inform strategy.
• Monitor direct response performance: acquisition, conversion, retention, ROI and donor lifetime value.
• Collaborate across teams to align fundraising with organisational objectives.
