Job summary

Keegan Adams Recruitment is seeking a Manager of Fund and Investment Operations in Sydney to lead a small team across day-to-day investment and fund operations, ensuring timely delivery and strong controls across the investment lifecycle.

You will act as 2IC to the Senior Manager, drive process improvements, and support automation and AI initiatives as part of a major transformation within a global asset manager. This role offers a leadership path within Operations in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across Investment Operations and Fund Administration.
• In-house portfolio administration experience is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of NAV oversight, fund tax, distributions and performance fees.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Investment and Fund Operations activities with strong controls.
• Act as operational 2IC to the Senior Manager and coordinate BAU priorities.
• Oversee incident resolution and service provider performance to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive process improvements, automation and AI-enabled initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Develop team capability through coaching and constructive leadership.
