• Sound understanding of fund accounting, NAV, unit pricing, capital calls and distributions.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate external service providers.

• Proactive, improvement-focused mindset with willingness to drive change.
• Genuine interest in private markets, infrastructure and real assets.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day investment operations across private market funds and mandates, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Oversee external fund administrators, custodians and service providers, maintaining high standards of service, reporting and controls.
• Manage NAV and unit pricing coordination, capital calls, distributions, reconciliations and investor transactions.
• Build relationships with investment teams and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational contact.
• Coordinate investor servicing, fund reporting, compliance obligations and governance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, systems and controls to enhance efficiency and scalability.
