Job summary

Reporting to the COO, you will drive AI adoption, reduce manual work, and coach the existing Operations Manager while managing risk and continuity controls in a lean environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading broad operational functions with cross‑business remit.
• Ability to combine systems thinking with strong commercial judgement.
• Proven track record of meaningful process or systems improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify where systems and processes can be simplified or automated.
• Lead practical adoption of AI across the business.
• Reduce manual work and reliance on individuals.
• Assess suppliers and vendor relationships, balancing internal vs external capability.
• Set operational priorities and build a business case for investment.
• Coach the existing Operations Manager and work with functional leaders to drive adoption.
