Job summary

Caruso is seeking a Delivery Lead in Sydney to run one fund services team end to end, serving fund managers with registry, investor services and fund accounting. You will own client relationships, set priorities, and drive on-time delivery while collaborating with data engineering, product engineering and internal tooling teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-driven and client-focused, with 3+ years in a delivery role and a willingness to lead by example in a fast-growing AI-native

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client facing delivery role such as project management, implementation, client services or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Be the day to day point of contact for every client your team serves.
• Run the team's daily standup and manage blockers.
• Plan and track work across distributions, statements, investor communications and registry events.
• Keep clients informed with proactive updates and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with data engineering to diagnose and fix data issues.
• Provide feedback to product engineering on improvements and fixes.
• Coordinate with internal tooling to build new tools for faster delivery.
• Document and maintain client-specific rules and checklists.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers on the commercial relationship.
• Work with Implementation to onboard new clients.
• Share learnings with other Delivery Leads to improve processes.
