Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and develop the crew, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to food safety standards. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time (38 hours per week) with shifts including early mornings, late nights and weekends. We offer fair pay, flexible rosters, uniforms, meal discounts, training and clear career pathways.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate completed or willingness to complete.

• Uphold food safety and quality standards and a high level of ops excellence.
