Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and develop a high-performing crew while delivering fast, friendly service. You’ll coach team members, uphold food safety and quality standards, and ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.

We welcome applicants with leadership experience in fast-paced settings and a willingness to obtain required certificates (Food Safety Supervisor and Responsible Service of Alcohol).

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate and RS Alcohol course if not already qualified.

Job description

We are currently looking for people that are available full time (38 hours a week) or part time.
