Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Australia is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and motivate the crew, uphold food safety and quality, and ensure great guest experiences.

You will lead, coach and develop the team, manage daily operations, and contribute to a positive work environment. Availability for full-time (38 hours) or part-time shifts is welcomed.

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
• A track record of providing outstanding customer service
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
