Job summary

Alwyndor is seeking a casual Rostering Officer to deliver rostering services for Residential and Support at Home services. The role sits in the People and Culture team and involves master roster maintenance, backfilling shifts, leave management and agency bookings.

You will work across a 7-day rotating roster, with shifts from 6am to 6pm on weekdays and weekends. A National Police Certificate and functional assessment are required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of rostering requirements including master roster maintenance.
• Backfilling vacant shifts, planned and unplanned leave.
• Fortnightly roster creation, maintenance and publishing.
• Leave management.
• Agency bookings.
• Partnering with managers and employees to meet business needs.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Preparing internal communications.
