Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in crisis intervention and crisis management.
• Ability to engage with welfare, health and service agencies.
• Experience with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
• Victorian Driver’s Licence (ongoing use for transport).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to consumers, carers and families.
• Collaborate with community agencies for comprehensive care.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective care.
