South West Healthcare is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join the Hospital Outreach Post-Suicidal Engagement (HOPE) team at the Warrnambool Campus. You will provide tailored interventions and work within a multidisciplinary team to support individuals through acute distress or post-attempt recovery.

This role requires relevant qualifications, current registration, and experience in mental health settings.

Qualifikationen

• Qualification in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology or Occupational Therapy.
• Current registration with AHPRA or eligibility for AASW for Social Workers.
• Experience in clinical mental health settings delivering person-centred care.
• Recovery-oriented, trauma-informed practice knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Provide tailored biological, psychological and social interventions within HOPE.
• Build therapeutic relationships with consumers and their support networks.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery.
• Contribute to safety planning and documentation; flexible rosters when required.
