McGrath Wide Bay is seeking a Maintenance Administrator to coordinate maintenance across a large residential portfolio in Bundaberg, QLD. You will be the central point of contact between owners, tenants and trades, keeping communication clear and jobs moving from start to finish.

This full-time, Monday to Friday role is on-site and offers the chance to work with leading tools while delivering exceptional service and timely updates to all parties involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or maintenance coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple jobs.
• Confident communicator with owners, tenants and contractors.
• Proficiency with PropertyMe or similar software.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Receive and assess incoming maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues and determine action.
• Obtain owner approvals for repair and maintenance works promptly.
• Source, engage and coordinate qualified tradespeople to complete works.
• Monitor progress, follow up and ensure works meet standards.
• Review and process invoices after job completion.
• Provide proactive updates to owners and tenants throughout the process.
• Log and manage maintenance activities using PropertyMe & Tapi.
