Job summary

McGrath Wide Bay is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential rental properties and deliver exceptional landlord and tenant service. The role requires hands-on management, timely responses to inquiries, and strong compliance awareness.

You'll work within a collaborative team and gain access to industry-leading technology to streamline operations. A valid license and reliable vehicle are required for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of property management or maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Ignite.
• Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of rental properties, fostering positive relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Handle property compliance and attend QCAT hearings as necessary, including case preparation.
• Respond to maintenance issues, tenant inquiries, and rental provider requests promptly and professionally.
• Use PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Ignite to streamline daily operations.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day property management.
