McGrath Beenleigh is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, overseeing a commercial property portfolio and delivering proactive, high-standard property management services.

You will handle day-to-day operations, tenant and landlord relations, maintenance, compliance and reporting, with travel between properties as required. This role offers career progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial property management.
• QLD Real Estate Licence or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of an allocated commercial property portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor management.
• Manage lease administration, renewals, documentation and key dates.
• Prepare property and financial reports for landlords.
