Deacon Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Administrator for a progressive residential builder on the Gold Coast. The role involves managing the maintenance inbox, handling calls, reviewing requests, and coordinating work orders with trades and suppliers.

You will provide ongoing status updates to clients, liaise with trades, and perform data entry and database maintenance. Excellent remuneration and regular hours are offered.

• High level of communication and customer service skills.
• Experience working with trades and supervisors.

Mansioni

• Maintain the Maintenance Department Inbox.
• Manage incoming calls related to maintenance.
• Qualify, review and respond to maintenance requests.
• Allocate and coordinate work orders to trades and suppliers.
• Provide ongoing status updates to clients.
• Follow up with trades/suppliers for outstanding jobs.
• General data entry and database maintenance.
