Job summary

The Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide, part of the Accor network, is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent on-site in Adelaide, SA. The role handles inbound reservation inquiries, converts leads into bookings, and manages modifications and cancellations in line with hotel policies.

You will respond to phone and email queries, enter reservation details, confirm rates and availability, and promote rooms, packages, and special offers to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with guests and colleagues.
• Proven customer service experience delivering professional, courteous support.
• Experience in reservations and familiarity with hotel booking systems (PMS).
• Ability to perform receptionist duties and coordinate with front office.
• Sales skills to upsell rooms, packages and services.
