• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash/credit payments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers, assisting patrons with enquiries.
• Process POS transactions, handle cash/credit payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain clean and tidy work environment, including cleaning duties.
• Assist with crowd control and movement during shows and events.
• Provide photography services and information to guests.
• Safely operate zoo buggies as needed.
• Support guests with information and directions during peak periods.
• Adhere to procedures and KPI targets.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Avail to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
