Fino Foods Pvt. Ltd. in Brisbane is seeking a friendly Customer Service representative for our wholesale specialty foods team. You’ll be the main contact by phone and email, take orders, answer product questions, and onboard new customers while supporting invoicing and account tasks.

Qualifications

• Hospitality background welcome but not required.
• Organised and trainable.
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
• Able to learn new software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and emails in a warm, professional manner.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Onboard new customers and manage account setup.
• Follow up on delivery and product queries and resolve issues.
• Build relationships with regular customers and provide ongoing support.
• Assist with invoicing and account administration.
• Help manage office supplies and equipment.
