Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage a high volume of inbound customer calls.
• Accurately process orders via phone, email, fax, and online channels.
• Make outbound calls to follow up, confirm orders and share updates.
• Prepare, maintain and update reports and customer records in Excel.
• Assist with banking, payment processing and account reconciliations.
• Handle and record customer complaints with follow-up and resolution.
• Promote PFD's product range during interactions.
• Create and update customer records and assist with new accounts.
• Generate custom pantry/order sheets from order history.
• Support other departments with admin tasks; uphold safety policies.
