Job summary

Bright Wave Group Pty Ltd in West Gladstone, Queensland, is seeking an experienced chef for a permanent full-time role. You will plan menus with management, prepare and cook dishes to high standards, and supervise kitchen operations during service.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year relevant and demonstrated experience as a Chef.
• Proven ability to supervise kitchen staff during service.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements.
